Dudu Outmezgine is an Israeli pastry chef and owner of a confectionery chain bearing his name, with 20 locations throughout Israel.
At the age of 21, following his military service, he began working in a bakery.

He began his culinary studies at the “Tadmor” cooking school in Herzliya.
After a year of study, he moved to Paris to study at Ecole Lenôtre, Bellout conseil, and Ferrandi school.

He continued his studies with Dobos C. József in Hungary, Pierre Hermé and Le Cordon Bleu in France, and at Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Belgium.

Alongside his studies, he provided confectionery consulting and managed a regular column in the local newspaper “Hed HaKrayot” on cake baking.

In 1998, he opened his first confectionery in Kiryat Motzkin, named after him, “Dudu Outmezgine.”
Since then, it has become a nationwide chain under the company “Dudu Outmezgine Patisserie Ltd.,” which currently operates approximately 20 locations throughout Israel.
