Dudu Outmezgine Patisserie Ltd., Company No. 514421213 (hereinafter: “the Company” and/or “Patisserie” and/or “we“) values the privacy of its users and makes every effort to properly protect and safeguard user information and privacy. Use of the website (hereinafter: “the Website“) is subject to the privacy policy published below (hereinafter: “the Privacy Policy“).

The Privacy Policy is written in masculine form but is intended for all users of the Website, both women and men (hereinafter: “you“, “the user(s)” or “the visitor(s)“). Browsing and/or using the Website in any manner, including relying on prices and/or purchasing and/or ordering products and/or services, constitutes your consent and agreement to the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree to the Website’s Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, you are not permitted to use the Website for any purpose whatsoever and you will have no claim, lawsuit, and/or demand against the Company.

If you are under 18 years of age, please read the Privacy Policy carefully and thoroughly together with your parents or another guardian. If you or your parents do not agree to the Privacy Policy in whole or in part, you are not permitted to use this Website for any purpose whatsoever.

The procedures by which the Company operates in collecting and using information are detailed below:

You are not required by law to provide the Information, and the transmission of the Information by you to the Company is done at your sole responsibility, of your own free will and with your consent, and you will have no claim and/or lawsuit against the Company and/or its representatives. You declare that you are aware that without providing the details appearing in the required fields, you will not be able to use the services that require registration. The Information you provide during registration will not be transferred to third parties except as specified in the Privacy Policy below.
    1. If you order a service using a credit card on the Website, you agree that the last four digits of your credit card, if and to the extent you have provided them, will be stored securely by the Company.
  • Transfer of Information
  • You acknowledge that you are aware that we may transfer the Information we collect, including your purchase and order history, to service providers, business partners, subcontractors and its subsidiaries (hereinafter: “third parties“), who may use this Information to: (1) help us provide you with services and/or operate the Website; (2) assist in understanding how users use the Website and our services; (3) provide you with targeted advertising based on your personal preferences on our Website and on other websites you choose to visit.

You agree and acknowledge, by providing information, that the Company will be entitled to store in its databases (or in a database managed on its behalf, as stated above) the details provided by you and additional information that will accumulate about you, for use as stated and as detailed below: (a) conducting transactions of any kind with third parties; (b) other commercial needs, without payment of any consideration; (c) answering questions, contacting to coordinate delivery dates and sending messages to users (including for customer service satisfaction surveys); (d) processing and completing orders, deliveries and payments of users; (e) development needs for new products or services, statistical information analysis (as stated in Section 3.3 below) and providing it to third parties for the purpose of improving existing content, segmentation and digital media analysis; (f) targeted user marketing, providing personalized content to the user, targeted offers and advertisements according to their personal preferences, targeted offers and advertisements of third-party websites that the user may visit; (g) contacting with newsletters and promotional materials related to the Website and services, and (h) preventing fraud, protecting the security of the Website and services, and handling any other problem in connection with the Website.
    • The Company will be entitled to use the Information, inter alia, for the purpose of mailing information and content to users (via email and/or Push Notifications and/or text messages to mobile phones and/or through social networks, and/or through Israel Post), including advertisements, promotions and discounts of the Website and/or of third parties. This Privacy Policy constitutes your consent to the sending of emails and advertisements. If you do not wish to continue receiving these emails, you may remove your contact details according to the instructions detailed in each communication you received or by sending an email to Info@duduoutmezgine.com and we will ensure your account is removed within a period of up to 14 business days.

3.4 The Company bears no responsibility for the use of information about you received not through you but by third parties, including companies and/or brands of products that use or appear on the Website, and which are not under the control of the Company.

  • The Company uses Cookies for the ongoing and proper operation of the Website, including to collect statistical data about the use of the Website, to adapt the Website to your personal preferences, for information security purposes and to verify details.     • We will correct and/or delete any information provided to us by a user in accordance with a written request from the user to Info@duduoutmezgine.com. Once information is deleted, we cannot restore it.
  • Changes

This Privacy Policy was last updated in June 2024. The Company reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior notice. The validity of a change will begin from the moment of its publication on the Website. It is your responsibility to update yourself with the Privacy Policy each time you enter the Website. The text of the Privacy Policy as published on the Website is the binding text at all times.
